Cohostbnb is a service, not self-serve software with a free tier — an AI drafts or sends your guest messages, at three levels of automation. Each tier has a flat monthly floor; some tiers add a per-property or booking-revenue-share component on top, disclosed in full below and again at checkout. No separate “14% full-service” product exists outside these tiers.
We draft every guest reply as a private note in your inbox — nothing is ever auto-sent. Includes 3 properties and 500 drafts/mo.
Flat $19/mo. Extra properties ($5 each) and draft overage ($0.02 each) are metered and billed separately.
